Get to the underlying cause.
Is your child being bullied? Or is she too passive with others? Is your child bullying or aggressive with others? Teach your child everyday assertiveness techniques.
If you have tried to engage your child in the positive methods outlined in "HOW TO GET YOUR CHILD TO LISTEN" and the child still didn't listen, then move to consequences.
